The ACM146 stator test rig is designed to perform testing of the electrical efficiency of stators after their impregnation.
The following electrical tests are performed on the stator test rig:
- Flash test, (dielectric strength test):
- each two phases (3 measurements)
- the phases and the stator core (3 measurements)
- Individual joint brazing resistance (measurement of the resistance of each brazed spot).
- Phase resistance of each phase.
- Surge test.
