ACM176 series insulation paper forming and inserting machine with vertical stator core positioning. The machine is designed and built-up entirely by AMEKA and is intended for the automatic forming of „O”-shaped slot insulation (so called slotliners) and its insertion into the stator core. Stator core is either automatically loaded by a robot or manually loaded by an operator. The machine is tooled up for automatic paper roll changeover. Raw material is a roll of insulation paper of the appropriate width. Upon provision of the respective tooling and setting-up spacers, the machine is capable to process „B“, „C“, „S“, „Q”-shaped slot insulation of various insulation paper type and dimensions.
