ACM180 machine for simultaneous necking & twisting of stator hairpin ends. The machine is designed and built-up entirely by AMEKA and is intended for 4 layers twisting and necking of stator hairpin ends, having rectangular wire cross section. Stator core is loaded by an operator or robot. Upon provision of the respective tooling and setting-up spacers, the machine is capable to process up to 8 layers twisting and necking of stators.
