ACM67 series insulation paper forming and inserting machine with horizontal stator core positioning. The machine is designed and built-up entirely by AMEKA and is intended for the automatic forming of double „B”-shaped slot insulation (so called slotliner) and its insertion into the stator core. Stator core is either automatically loaded by a robot or manually loaded by an operator. Raw material is a roll of insulation paper of the appropriate width. Paper roll is manually loaded/unloaded. Upon provision of the respective tooling and setting-up spacers, the machine is capable to process "O",„B“, „C“, „S“, „Q”-shaped slot insulation of various insulation paper type and dimensions.
