ACM36 series insulation paper forming and inserting machine with horizontal rotor core positioning. The machine is designed and built-up entirely by AMEKA and is intended for the automatic forming of „O”-shaped slot insulation and its insertion into the rotor core. Rotor core is loaded manually by an operator. Raw material is a roll of insulation paper of the appropriate width. Paper roll is manually loaded/unloaded. Upon provision of the respective tooling and setting-up spacers, the machine is capable to process „B“, „C“, „S“, „Q”-shaped slot insulation of various insulation paper type and dimensions, also is capable or processing stator cores.
