ACM174 machine is intended for the production of hairpins which are formed in two operation.
First one is 2D forming by consecutive bending of the wire in one direction.
Second one is 3D forming through die pressing.
Raw material is enameled rectangular copper wire, provided on spools of appropriate size.
Machine is able to process different hairpin variety with the use of specific forming die and mechanical set up of the machine units.
