The ACM106 hairpin forming machine is designed especially for single turn conductors for DC motor armatures and cannot be used for other case of application. Raw material is bare or enameled round copper wire, provided on spools of appropriate size. The machine is able to process virtually any hairpin conductor variety without need of specific tooling.
